Online Business Manager (OBM)

The ideal Online Business Manager is a professional business manager who runs the company's daily operations to give the owner energy and time to focus on strategic growth. The OBM gives the owner permission to be visionary and serve their clients, plan the company's growth and future, and use their gifts to their fullest potential. The ability to take initiative, lead effortlessly and be able to handle anything that comes their way is the OBM’s primary responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Operations management- keep day-to-day tasks on track; analyze and simplify processes 

• Project management- Overseeing projects from initiation to completion

• People management- communicates clearly, supervises, and provides guidance

• Metrics management- reports/tracks numbers weekly and monthly to make informed business decisions
