The ideal General Virtual Assistant has the ability to perform a variety of administrative tasks as well as the skills to support the CEO’s daily activities. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact to CEO

  • Email and calendar management 

  • Answer phone and route calls to the appropriate person or take messages 

  • Provides general administrative support 

 

Technical Experience Preferences:

  • Voice Over IP (VOIP)

  • Email management 

  • Social media management
