To look up parts for the Service Department and for wholesale customers. To locate in and out of stock parts and get them in a timely and cost effective manner for the Service Department, while focusing on increasing profitability and customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities - Look up parts accurately and efficiently, including Honda and aftermarket. - Answer telephones in a timely manner - Wait on retail customers in a prompt and professional manner - Complete all wholesale transactions in a timely manner (Collision Link, Opstrax, etc.) - Help with putting up stock order. - Help with all aspects of Air Bag inflators. Looking up and handing out the proper inflators and help get them ready for return. - Help maintain a clean work area at all times. - Conduct yourself in a professional manner with all employees and customers.
