The following job description includes, but is not limited to: - Actively manage express techs to ensure efficient and maximum productivity. - Manage daily scheduling - Complete and maintain factory training - Ensure complete and accurate multi point inspections and documentation - Ensure quality control work completed - Review express dollars per RO and RO growth with Service Manager - Develop express techs to train and complete qualified warranty and recall work. - Monitor issues with fast moving express parts. Review with Service and Parts Managers - Support service drive as needed - Meet/Greet and complete write-up/delivery processes during peak hours and as directed by the Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager. - Assist the Service Advisors as needed with express inspection items with the customer.
Must be available to work between the hours of 7 am and 9 pm, Monday through Saturday.
