Increasing the service and parts sales and gross while growing your staff professionally. Be available to customers in person and on the phone, following up with customers in a timely fashion. Maintain CSE at or above 92.5 or higher. Maximize customer experience and maintain the highest level of integrity, only selling what the customer needs. Holding yourself and your teammates responsible for a great Shottenkirk customer experience at all times. Keeping the workstations clean and clutter free at all times. Keeping all certifications up to date and being a leader by example.
